gMed Customer Care Specialist establishes relationships with gMed clients designated as sensitive and/or critical. This position works with clients and gMed team members to resolve the needs and issues of these special clients, and produce documentation for future solutions. The key goals of this position are to:
- Establish relationships with designated customers to facilitate system adoption and promote user satisfaction from the time a trainer is deployed until the customer signs off on the implementation.
- Establish relationships with clients designated as sensitive and/or critical to resolve open cases.
- Monitor satisfaction for customers that are not classified as sensitive and have achieved implementation signoff.
- Thoroughly understand gMed solutions and their application for designated customers.
- Contact designated customers on a regular basis to clarify new cases, follow up open cases, monitor progress, and ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate internal resources to obtain timely case resolution.
- Verify that implemented solutions meet customer expectations and closes open cases when appropriate.
REQUIREMENTS:
- The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, patience and strong problem solving skills. Empathy and the ability to handle stressful situations with finesse and professionalism are key requirements.
- Software industry experience is required.
- An Associate's Degree is required.
- Technical Skills - Knowledge of Windows XP, Microsoft office Suite, VPN Clients and Remote access software is required. Hardware knowledge and training is a plus.

Summary:
- Develops and conducts training programs for clients.
- Develops and conducts training programs for employees.
- Works with clients and other gMed team members to resolve issues that the client is facing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducts training sessions covering specified areas and modules, with delivery methods differing by user/audience type.
- Formulates teaching outline and determines instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings and workshops.
- Selects or develops teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials and reference works.
- Selects or develops testing and evaluation procedures to be used at completion of training.
- Tests trainees to measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training.
- Revises design of training curriculum and methods to improvement effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Two years experience in software training – delivery and/or design
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university

Senior Level Software Engineer Summary:Analysis, design, development, testing, integration, documentation, and implementation of software.
- Play a key role in design and develop of new generation of web applications.
- Work closely with users and product management to understand business and functional requirements.
- Implement web applications and participate in the full software development lifecycle.
- Coordinates with other technical staff members and managers regarding deadlines, deliverables, and processes.
- Stay informed and up-to-date of changes in technology as it relates to software development.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Consults with supervisor, systems analysts, other programmers and end users to gather information about program intent, functions, features, data requirements, input requirements, output requirements, internal and external checks and controls, hardware and operating system.
- Environment and interfaces with other systems.
- Designs or writes program specifications based on consultations with supervisor, systems analysts, other programmers and end users.
- Converts designs and specifications into computer code.
- Compiles code into programs and corrects errors detected in compile process.
- Creates test transactions and runs tests to find errors and confirm program meets specifications. Analyzes code to find causes of errors and revises programs.
- Writes and maintains documentation of changes to computer code, programs and specifications. Designs and codes layouts for on-screen user interfaces, printed outputs and interfaces with other systems.
- Responds to customer concerns regarding software issues they may be facing.
- Performs maintenance services to gMed's databases, development and demonstration environments to ensure business continuity.
Technical Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
- 3 -5 years of demonstrated experience developing web applications with ASP.NET.
- 3 -5 years working experience and excellent application development skills with C#.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented concepts and methodologies including UML and design patterns.
- Experience with multi-tier architecture development.
- Strong understanding of database design and development including stored procedures and CASE tools.
- Experience with the design, development, and testing of user interfaces for web applications and portals.
- Working knowledge of XML technologies such as Schema, XSLT, XPath, and Web Services.
- Proficient with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and DHTML.
- Familiarity with source control systems such as CVS or Visual Source Safe.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills
Desired Skills:
- XP Programming.
- Test Driven Development.
- MS SQL Server and T-SQL.
- Experience in healthcare area.
