Req'd Experience:  2 years software training experience and prior experience working with/in physical practice(s)

Req'd Travel:           75% Road Warrior

Summary:

  • Develops and conducts training programs for clients.

  • Develops and conducts training programs for employees.

  • Works with clients and other gMed team members to resolve issues that the client is facing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conducts training sessions covering specified areas and modules, with delivery methods differing by user/audience type.

  • Formulates teaching outline and determines instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings and workshops.

  • Selects or develops teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials and reference works.

  • Selects or develops testing and evaluation procedures to be used at completion of training.

  • Tests trainees to measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training.

  • Revises design of training curriculum and methods to improvement effectiveness.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Two years experience in software training – delivery and/or design

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university
